I get this. The corporate meeting complex is a major driver. So little of time is spent doing actual work.
But this has historically meant opportunity for others. When firms can’t innovate, they buy other small companies that do. That’s a win if you’re the latter company.
It’s also an opportunity for those inside if they can figure it out. If you can figure out how to innovate from within, you stand out because everyone else is muddied down.
