Forms. I hate them. In person is the absolute worst, followed by a word doc, then by a flat pdf.
I just finished filling out pdfs for the second time for Portuguese insurance, and it baffles me that we’re still doing this. And where does it go from there? Someone, I almost guarantee, take that info and manually inputs it into another system.
Lots of opportunity in this space… Typeform need to get involved.
